Position sensors and encoders
This specially configured DrawWorks Model HS35 encoder combines rugged and heavy duty functions into a unique passshaft style to serve as a capping counter in the DrawWorks system of the oil rig. It includes double bearing and shaft seals for NEMA 4 and 13 (IP65) grades, hard anodized metal housing and seal connectors.
Characteristics of the
The product comes with standard 1 "-14 diameter threaded connections and a convertible adapter for use in systems with 5/8" -18 threaded connections. This encoder has UL, cUL and ATEX/CENELEC intrinsic safety levels when properly installed (see BEI P/N 924-60004-XXX series on the back of this specification table). The barrier is high-performance, electrically isolated, and has been approved by U.S. and European institutions. It is applicable to all hazardous sites regardless of the type of gas and dust.
